WHO THE HECK IS BIG O? As a member of the Texas Outdoors Writers Association, Big O writes freelance articles for various publications. The foremost authority on area lakes. Chief cook, bottle washer and free entertainment for Big O's World Famous Barbecue (well sort of famous anyway - with some folks) he's usually found holding up the pit while someone looks inside to see what's on the fire. It's usually something good. Did we forget to mention, he's the guy in some of the cartoons? That's him alright except he's mightly slim in the roastin'.
